Glamazon Toning Classes

 

At Glamazon we offer a range of classes to help keep you in shape with a weekly rotation of Body Conditoning, Bums, Tums N Thighs, Aerobics, Cardio-Kick.

Body Conditioning

This workout  is designed to tone the whole of the body from the shoulders and arms down to the calves. The class begins with a 10 minute warm-up preparing the joints and muscles for the work ahead. We then move into Squats which work the thighs and bottom. Then we concentrate on the shoulders, back and arms using resistance bands. The floor work focuses on toning the stomach, chest and hips with more exercises for the thighs and bottom. We finish with a 10 minute relaxation session, stretching out the muscles to alleviate post-exercise aching and lowering the heart rate to a resting level.

Bums, Tums & Thighs

This exercise class targets those problem areas and is designed to lift and firm. The class begins with a 10 minute warm-up preparing the joints and muscles for the work ahead. We then move in to a variation of Squats, Lunges and Hamstring curls, working the legs and the bottom.  These are the largest muscles in the body, therefore the more efficient they become, the hungrier they are for calories! On the floor we work the stomach muscles at different levels of intensity for optimum results.  This is followed by leg raises toning the inner and outer thighs. We finish with a 10 minute relaxation session, stretching out the muscles to alleviate post-exercise aching and lowering the heart rate to a resting level.

Aerobics

This is a fun and friendly class with a great atmosphere. The music is lively and energetic with varied routines. The class begins with a 10 minute warm-up preparing the joints and muscles for the work ahead. We then move into a 25 minute Cardio workout, strengthening the heart and lungs to work more efficiently.  This class burns both fat and calories whilst toning the muscles.  The cardio section is followed by floor exercises toning the stomach and bottom. We finish with a 10 minute relaxation session, stretching out the muscles to alleviate post-exercise aching and lowering the heart rate to a resting level.

Personal Training

At Glamazon we offer you one-to-one training for those who prefer the personal touch.

The sessions are held in complete privacy and confidentiality and have proved to be the most effective way to lose weight and re-shape your body.  Each session is for 1 hour and comprises of the following:

  • Nutritional Education
  • A Healthy Eating Plan designed specifically for you
  • Personal tuition on a variety of safe and effective exercises
  • All training is held in our own private gym for your comfort.

These sessions are very motivational and will get you on the road to success quickly as all of the focus and attention is on you!
